2. Register At The Same Time As You Place Your initial Bids. (Above).  If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of your initial registration/bid submission, please submit a new form.
 
3. After your initial Reg/Bid sheet has been received, one updated bid sheet per person per day will be accepted until 12:00 noon central time, Wed. Nov 8th.  
 
4. The highest bids for each lot will be published at App. 9:00 pm Central time daily.
 
5. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified on Wed. evening November 8th! Winners coming to the Priceville Al SSMF Supported Entry show will be able to pick up their winnings at the SSMF dinner on Friday November 9th.
 

Note: Payment through Verified Paypal, USPS  Money Orders or cash will be required to take possession of your items at the show.

 

Purchase 2007 SSMF Mastiff Calendars!

By Bidding you agree to pay for all auction items that you win as well as actual shipping charges if you are not taking delivery of the items at the SSF dinner in Pricevile Alabama Friday November 10th. By Bidding You also agree to the following

  • This auction retains a modest hidden reserve for each item. As each reserve price is met this will be indicated online.
  • This auction is being conducted MANUALLY by our volunteers.  A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your initial registration/bid form

  • Each Bidder may submit one updated bid sheet daily beginning the day after their initial bid/registration was received. .

  • At approximately 9 pm central time each day, the highest bid received that day for each lot will be identified online as the current high bidders on the page for each lot. Some periodic bidding updates might be loaded throughout the day as time allows, on the main auction page.

  • The deadline for all bidding is 12:00 noon (central time) Wed. Nov 8th!

  • Winning Bidders Will Be Notified  Wednesday November 8th
 

  • Payment Must Be Received Within Four Working Days Of Winner Notification

 

Payment via verified Paypal & USPS Money Orders is preferred. Items paid for by personal check will be shipped when your check clears our bank
