BRINA

ADOPTED!

Brina is a 2.5 year old spayed fawn female. She is a very petite girl
weighing about 100 lbs. She is up to date on vaccinations, HW negative, on
HW preventative, and micro chipped. She is a sweet girl that is a bit shy
at first, but warms up to people quickly.

She is great with children of all
ages, and whines when she can't be around her people. She was surrendered
by her owner because of aggression towards their 13 year old female sheltie.

Her foster mom has found that Brina can get along fine with other dogs providing the introduction is done properly- by crating them in the same room for five days or so until they are used to each other and then making the first 'face to face' introduction on neutral ground.

Brina has a high prey drive- which means she will chase cats that run from her- but has not tried to hurt one.

Brina appears to have food allergies, and needs to be kept on Hills
perscription ZD food (which is about 42$ a month). As long as she is kept
on this diet, she has no problems from her allergies at all.
