Daisy is a 5 yrs old Brindle Mastiff girl
who really just needs a warm loving home to spend her
retirement in! Daisy is good with other dogs - is already
spayed and has been brought up to date on shots. Daisy is
shy around men at first- takes awhile to warm up to them-
prefers women.
Daisy was rescued from an animal shelter
thanks to a shelter volunteer who fell in love with her and
did not want her to be put to sleep just because she is five
years old and a giant breed dog.
She so impressed a shelter
volunteer that she was determined to save Daisy- and
contacted SSMR to rescue her. Her letter to SSMR is below:
<<<Dear
SSMR
( Enclosed
were the two photos above) Daisy is 5 years old and because
of that, she is considered unadoptable from our shelter.
Her owner’s boyfriend turned her into us on Dec 2th and her
owner isn’t coming to pick her up. Our shelter space is
limited and we are trying everything we can think of to keep
her from being euthanized. Daisy just loves to lounge around
all day! She’s not aggressive to anyone. She is shy around
men and prefers women. I’ve enclosed some pics of her.
Please let us know if you can help this young lady! Thank
you so much for your time and consideration.>>>
More information will be published here about Daisy when she
has been in SSMR foster care a little longer.
