Dixie is a 6 - 7 year old girl that is in need of a new home. About a year
ago, she was attacked by 2 small dogs on the street and since she is at
least 5 times bigger than they were, she was deemed the vicious one. Since
then, the neighbors have been making making things uncomfortable for Dixie.
She is no longer allowed to be out in her fenced yard unless she is on a
leash or tie down because the neighbors are afraid that she will escape and hurt someone - all because of the experience with the small dog that attacked her and her size.
Dixie currently lives in a home with a toddler and two small dogs. She is
uneasy with small dogs she meets on the street, but is ok with them once she
properly meets them.

She is very gentle with the toddler in the home and prefers to spend most of
her days snoozing on the sofa. She is up to date on all vaccinations,
spayed, and just looking for the right home, where she can ensure your couch
is always warm when you sit down.
