Lacey 2 is a gorgeous four year old spayed fawn Mastiff girl who has had a rough start in life.

 A few months ago, Lacey was taken in to her current owners household. Her new owners were told that she had some minor issues with her back legs but nothing that some supplements wouldn't help. Well, that wasn't quite accurate as it turns out.

Now that Lacey has come into SSMR we have learned that she will need bilateral knee surgeries.. When she is outside she gets around OK, but her current home is all tile & Lacey cannot walk on it when inside. She literally drags her body across the tile.  After the two knee surgeries she should be able to walk normally again after this is done. SSMR is asking for any and all donations towards this effort to help her....can you help?

Carpet or a firm footing with rugs/runners is important in Lacey's new home.

She does well with a large male, is unknown with small dogs or cats.
