Lexi is a young apricot girl who was
confined for most of her life- so LIVES to
be outside and to play!
Lexi is what we love to call a 'Sports
Model' Mastiff. Lean, fit and athletic. She
is still too lean from having been
neglected- but is gaining weight slowly and
surely.
If her foster mom reaches her hand out
towards her head too suddenly, she flinches
as though expecting a blow. Hopefully with
time she will come to forget her sad past
and will become more secure.
Having been deprived of 'real' toys she
truly enjoys playing with her food bowl! Her
foster mom says it's very funny to watch her
playing 'food bowl soccer' with it.
When her foster mom bought her a new yellow
squeak toy Lexi didn't even know what it
was! She would not play with it, but would
lie down on top of it! Lexi's foster mom
says
she
is such a sweet wonderful dog and so
deserving of a wonderful home! Could you be
the right family for Lexi?
