Maggie is a complete joy to be around! 

Maggie ADORES children and every person on earth.

There is only one 'catch'. The right home for Maggie will be one where she can be the only DOG in the family and a home with NO CATS!

She is apparently a little too 'alpha' with other dogs to be an easy transition into a multi-dog household. So we are hoping to find the right family for Maggie where she can be the top dog and queen of her domain!

Maggie LOVES to ride.  She rides with her foster mom to drop their boys off at school and pick them up every day.  She hangs her head out the window and all the children giggle and smile at her while we are in the car pool line.  What is not to love about Maggie?

Random people come pet her and she is great.  She is now bored with the family cat and will walk right over her - she obeys quite well. 

Maggie will sit, down, stay and almost rollover (will always roll over for a treat - but not just for fun.)  She will play fetch for a while - though it is a slow form of fetch as she doesn't tear out after the ball, but will mosey after it. 

Maggie is great with children. She does well on walks around the neighborhood on a leash - you can tell she wants to run after other animals, but if you tell her "easy"  she will remain by your side.
