 AVAILABLE

NOTE: Spring/Summer 2010 -We are in DIRE need of foster homes will you help?

Times are tough and Mastiffs are turning up in shelters in droves.

We know we can't 'help them all'. But will you help us to save the ones we can? Donating to us is essential to keep SSMR going. So is volunteering to help either by fostering, doing transport, evaluation and home visits.

If you have ever thought about offering a safe refuge to a special Mastiff...now is the time to help so we don't have to turn any Mastiffs away. SSMR has been grateful that we have never had to turn away a Mastiff before because we could not accommodate them -and we do not want to be in that position but it is on the horizon quickly if new volunteers do not come forward in Florida and in other states. Please volunteer to foster a Mastiff or in ANY of the Southern States region TODAY.

My name is Reese. I am a GORGEOUS brindle girl of app. 4 years in age but who acts like a much younger dog. I was a  shelter rescue and I charm everyone whom I meet. I'm so grateful to have been rescued by my wonderful foster family!

About me...I am currently getting along well with the 2 dogs in my foster home but will not be adopted to a home with cats. I really enjoy companionship of people and love to be loved.

I love to chase balls & frisbees but also really love to just lounge in the spring sunshine too.

They say sometimes I do not know my own strength so SSMR is recommending no small children for me to knock down. I like kids big enough to hold their own with me physically though.

My foster mom is working with me to teach me not to jump up on people and I am a quick and eager learner.

We are also working on my leash manners because I just LIVE to go on walks.

Everyone says how sweet & kissy I am. I really LOVE people and want to be with YOU as much as posisble.

Maybe you need me in your life as much as I need you? Please come see me and adopt me!

If you have the time and love in your heart to make me a family member for ever please fill out an adoption application at adoption application mentioning me by name and state.

For more information about me please contact my foster mom @ mybigdogs@comcast.net for more details.
