owner dumped him at the shelter due to inability to fix his hip problem

NOTE: All dogs must be on monthly heartworm preventative

The volunteer who evaluated this lovely Brindle boy said he is the nicest Mastiff he has ever evaluated EVER. He loved any and all attention, let the volunteer do anything with him- and is totally non reactive to the other dogs around him. He said that oliver is also the tallest Mastiff this volunteer has ever seen. His owners apparently could not afford to fix his hip- so he is in rescue now looking for help and a new home.
